After Annexure-II is issued, a pre-registration meeting of the society is organized. In this meeting, a resolution is passed regarding the reservation of the society's name and the submission of the registration proposal to the Registrar. Subsequently, the registration proposal in the prescribed format is submitted to the Registrar's office.
The Chief Promoter of the society has the authority to sign the society registration proposal.
After submitting the proposal to the Registrar's office, it is scrutinized. If the proposal is complete in all respects, the society is registered within two months.
The registration fee for the society is Rs. 2,500/-, and this fee is deposited with the Government.

Yes. During the lottery allotment, priority is given to the blind, disabled persons, and families headed by widows. If they specifically request it, flats on lower floors are allotted to them through a separate independent lottery.
Flats allotted in the lottery cannot be mutually exchanged after the process is complete. If an exchange is desired, the concerned hutment dwellers must apply to the Authority before taking possession of the flats. Once physical possession is taken, mutual exchange of flats is not permitted.
The AGM must be held within 6 months after the end of every financial year (i.e., before 30th September).
